Today we were approached by multiple employees who were friendly and knowledgeable. They took us directly to the items we needed and then as we were checking out, we were greeted again by an employee Jacob who even went out of his way to scan our items at self-checkout to assist us!

FABULOUS Customer Service from Paola and Lance

I had a heavy toilet I was returning and I called the customer service counter at the Sun City Center Home Depot, 33573 and Paola and Lance met me in front of the store and took the heavy box out of my truck for me with great courtesy!!! That is what I call GREAT Customer Service. :))Great job Paola and Lance. :))

Garden department has great help

My wife and i enjoyed a great interaction from employees at the Sun City Home Depot garden department. Mike assisted us first, but when we asked more questions, he referred us to Dwayne, who was terrific. Both went above and beyond to help us.

Great Sales/Better Salesperson

Bottom line, if you are in the need for a new washer, dryer, refrigerator or other type of appliance from Home Depot, Ms. Bonnie Sanders at the Sun City Center Home Depot is the person to go see. Not only does she have what we call in the consulting business a 'Customer Centered Attitude/CCA' she is very knowledgeable and yet, when she was not sure, she so stated and advised she will check the database to get the right answer, which she did. No pressure, just friendly and professional service/advice!

Don't buy plants online from Bonnie Nursery Not a good experience. Go check in store first for your plants. They will probably have them even if it says that it doesn't. It happened to me and it's cheaper to buy from HD🥰

The employee named Marci is incredible with her knowledge of plumming I went o get something even a plumming store informed they don’t knw what to tell she handle my problem in 2 mins 1 while a waited to speak to her and the other to get the part I meesed

Remodeling Kitchen

Talked to Doug Hughes on Saturday about remodeling our kitchen, he walked us through the process, and had a lot of helpful hints. Waiting to get kitchen measured for said remodel. If the process goes as well as it did with Doug, then it should be pretty easy andonly painful part will be paying for eating out, and the remodel.
